The hotel is located in a central area near Wyndham Staten Island, a park, freeway, and the Staten ferry. The room with a Jacuzzi was great value.

The 3 different shift staff were all excellent, the made our stay at this newly renovated Ramada Hotel very pleasant. Especially Deborah and the Mgr. Rena.Parking was always available, We liked that the Hotel was in a quiet residential area, Also we were informed different restaurents and diner within walking distance on the hotel.

Upon checking at the hotel, we wre given Rm#229. Which was not finished. The both queen double beds which was in the room were only box springs. I spoke to Deborah about this, but all the rooms wre booked. We all had very sore backs the next morning!! I still have a little back pain now. I will be sendind Ramada an email about there Hotel. Convenient location close to the turnpike, Battery Park, and the bus station. Rooms come with a jacuzzi and a comfy couch for kicking back and relaxing after a day of exploring. 🛀

Hotel was fairly clean, extremely helpful and exceptionally helpful staff.

The hotel was in a central setting to the ferry which gets you to Manhattan. Also, New York Public Library was quite a walk from.

The breakfast here was satisfactory, offering toasts, yogurts, and waffles; the central location is convenient for accessing the ferry to Manhattan.

The location was comfortable and quiet, really close to Coney Island, Battery Park, and the Staten Ferry. the bed was comfortable, and the room was charming and perfect. - Greatly enjoyed the good breakfast options with sausage, waffles, and toast.

I like that the hotel was clean and that breakfast was available. I liked that they didn't skimp on clean towels either.

I didn't like that the hotel staff threw away the boxes that I was keeping in my room to ship back materials.

The room was much smaller that the standard 2 queen beds in other hotels. No sidetable and chair and not much room to move around with 4 in room

The hotel was recently renovated and looks beautiful. the staff was friendly and the manager seemed very welcoming. - the hotel is centrally located, close to buses that take you to the ferry which brings you to Manhattan. - Additionally, it is near the turnpike, Coney Island, and various other attractions.

Front desk called us @ 1045 to remind us that check out was @ 11. Two other people knocked on our door in the next 15 minutes to remind us of checkout time. I thought this was kind of rude.
